Terms & Conditions

1. RENTAL ITEMS, FEES, AND TERMS The undersigned (Customer/Lessee) rents from 4 Parties Party Rentals (J4PPR as Lessor) equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, and accessories. The rental fee, outlined at booking, is due upfront and covers the rental period from setup to pickup.

2. DELIVERY J4PPR will deliver rental items to the address provided by Lessee. Lessee permits J4PPR access to this property (“Delivery Address”) for delivery and pickup at agreed times. If no one is present for pickup, prior arrangements must be made for access. A second trip due to lack of access will incur an extra delivery/pickup fee.

3. TENT ISSUES J4PPR’s pole tents are dependable, but if issues arise (e.g., instability), ensure all attendees exit safely. Check stakes and connections to confirm proper anchoring on grass/dirt. For persistent problems, call 909-213-6818 J4PPR is not liable for power outages or misuse affecting stability.

4. RENTAL CARE & ADDITIONAL FEES Lessee must return items in their received condition, allowing for normal wear. Tents must stay in place as installed by J4PPR. No substances like confetti, glitter, or sticky materials are allowed near rentals—damage from these incurs a $500-$1,000 fee. Other fees include: $50-$300 for cleaning spills/food, $200-$800 for tent damage, or $2,000 for loss/theft. In case of severe weather (rain, wind), J4PPR may cancel without delivery, refunding deposits or rescheduling. If Lessee doesn’t cancel by the prior business day and weather prevents use, full payment is still due. Tables and chairs must be clean and stacked as delivered, or labor fees apply.

5. SETUP SPECIFICS Tent setups are included on grass/dirt surfaces; table/chair setups are extra. Lessee must specify needs at booking. J4PPR won’t adjust terms post-delivery (e.g., adding setups) without prior agreement.

6. MODIFICATIONSNo changes or additions to rental items are allowed without J4PPR’s written consent.

7. EQUIPMENT WARRANTY J4PPR ensures all items are functional upon delivery. If defects arise, J4PPR will repair or replace them. This warranty replaces all others, and J4PPR isn’t liable for damages beyond this scope.

8. CUSTODY & OWNERSHIP Lessee must keep rentals at the Delivery Address, not subleasing or relocating them. All items remain J4PPR property and can be retrieved post-rental.

9. LIABILITY RELEASE & INDEMNITY Lessee oversees rental use and assumes full responsibility for safety and condition. Lessee agrees to hold J4PPR harmless from claims, injuries, or damages arising from use, except due to J4PPR’s sole negligence. This includes underground hazards (e.g., sprinklers) during tent staking—J4PPR isn’t liable.

10. RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT Lessee accepts risks tied to rental use and releases J4PPR from liability for injuries or damages, waiving claims unless caused by J4PPR’s willful misconduct.

11. PUBLIC PROPERTY USE For events on public land, Lessee must secure permits/insurance as required by local rules and inform J4PPR. If setup is halted due to missing permits, no refunds apply. J4PPR provides insurance certificates but isn’t liable for public property damage or injuries.

12. LESSEE CONFIRMATION Lessee has read, understands, and agrees to this document freely, with ample time to review.

13. NON-WAIVER & SEVERABILITY J4PPR’s leniency on any term doesn’t waive enforcement of others. If a term is invalid, the rest of the agreement remains enforceable.

14. WEAR & TEAR Lessee covers damage beyond normal wear (e.g., misuse, stains, or structural harm). Normal wear is minor deterioration from proper use.

15. LEGAL COSTS If legal action enforces this agreement, the winning party recovers reasonable attorney fees and costs.

16. FULL AGREEMENT This is the complete agreement between J4PPR and Lessee, amendable only in writing by both parties.
